Replace field values with the different value in grafana

Hello team ,
I am using the OEM plugin to pull the data from OMR database using grafana . The field values are prepopulated with database ID’s. How can change the values to actual database Name ? Any help would be appreciated. I have a table panel which has database name with its associated database ID’s.
