As @yosiasz replied depends on the data you want to send. The Data Manipulation panel may help you.

I want to send Data of user profiles and other things like some statistical data like values of current, voltage, etc.

I do not understand your question v.clearly but for getting the Grafana’s own data for visualisation, you can use the following documentation to set it up:
