Provisioned Alerts uploaded via API can then be redefined as non provisioned

Hello,

We are able to use the API to upload alerts, however, once they are uploaded using API their status is Provisioned. When it’s provisioned, we cannot then edit the Alert using the API.

Is there a way to upload alerts via the API and then redefine them so they are not provisioned alerts anymore so they can be editable from the UI?
