Proper way to do this regex?

Value from InfluxDB: 1018\ mbar\ (No\ Change)
Regex: [\d* a-z A-Z]

Looking to remove the backslashes.

I need to know the Variable query and where to put it for a singlestat panel. Quite new to this.
