Promtail release

Hej All

As per bellow page last released Helm chart for promtail is version 6.16.6 and promtail application version is 3.0.0.
https://artifacthub.io/packages/helm/grafana/promtail

There is however a never promtail version available: https://github.com/grafana/loki/releases/tag/v3.2.1

Last released loki helm chart does use loki 3.2.0 version.

I have to ask why the discrepancy? Is that the fact that promtail is just always released when loki is released but there is not new changes in promtail since it 3.0.0 release. Or why promtail version was not raised in latest helm chart like loki was?
