PosgreSQL 8.3 Connection on Localhost

Hey,

I am trying to connect a PostgreSQL database on the same server as grafana enterprise is installed on.
Does Grafana support PostgreSQL 8.3? I keep getting an error “Internal Server Error” - new to this so not sure how to “check server logs”.

Please can someone tell me if there is someing fundimentally wrong here.

Grafana v8.3 does not explicitly state it supports PostgreSQL 8.3
