I have created a new service to consume and transform webhooks from any source and display their payloads in a Grafana Logs Panel.
Checkout Flowhook on Heroku to try it out (no signup and free). Read more on my post at medium.com where I showcase the consumption of Gitlab pipeline events.
The Grafana datasource can be on Github, until my PR is accepted for the catalog.
