Loki not showing all logs of all pods

Struggling with following issue

I have several Namespaces in AKS that has ~40 pods but Loki is only displaying names/data for ~10 of them. We have 4 environments and it works correctly only on one.

Labels are consistent. Changing timespan does change output in any way.
Question is why is Loki/Promtail unable to capture data for some pods?
Any input appreciated.

Can you post your Loki config ?

Are you sure the remaining 30 pods have logged any thing to console after you setup promtail ?
