When I receive an alert message through Grafana OnCall for a Loki alert, I get a single common label of grafana_folder. For example a recent alert I see the following in Teams
However if I go to the alert, e.g. now through the alert history, I see that there were 5 common labels.
If I look at the OnCall template, it is only showing a single common label stored in the alert payload
For Prometheus alerts I see all common labels:
I’m using Grafana Cloud. Is it possible to get Loki alerts to include all common labels in commonLabels like Prometheus does?
In case its related, the notification policy is grouping by grafana_folder and alertname. However I would expect that to be more about the number of alerts than impacting the set of labels that are going to OnCall.
