Line Graph connects dots out of order

I am wondering what is causing the line graph to connect dots that are not in order.
There is a straight line from the first occurrence of data to the most recent as well as random connections in-between.
The data should be connected by a line in the order of the x axis time series.
Any ideas what is causing this?

Make sure your data is sorted by time to use the timeseries panel.

Either add the constraint to your query, or you can add a transformer
