Is it possible to enable experimental features (alpha) on hosted Grafana instance?

Hi,
I am using the GeoMap panel, and I would need to use the Dynamic GeoJSON layer, which is currently on alpha release.

The documentation says to add this line to the config file:

[panels]
enable_alpha = true

But I couldn’t find a way to add it online. Is it possible to enable alpha features on Grafana Cloud ?
