Is it impossible to sort field log by Grafana Loki

Is it impossible to sort field logs by Grafana Loki? if yes please give me a example
For example: sorting with the “Insertime” or “SerialNumber” tag

Thank you for your response, it is impossible

1. To set up the client side(Fluentbit) to send data step by step (order by datetime) when the device reconnection from the Internet
2. instead of the Prometheus
