Is is possible to display JUST the panel and not the Dashboard

I’m using Home Assistant and including Grafana in an iframe, but whatever I try I cannot seem to get a link that gives a display of my panel ONLY.

At the moment its only giving me a link to my dashboard which has headings, time frames, links and basically complete control over Grafana.

I’m trying to get it so all I get is a link to the panel only. Can this be done? Sorry for the trouble but I’ve been Googling for hours and can’t find out how to do it.

Thanks to Grafana Design !
Grafana panel gives you the way -> right click on panel heading in a dashboard --> click on ‘view’ link and it will open the panel fully maximized in the window with back button to return to the dashboard.
