Increasing DataProxy timeout on hosted Grafana Cloud

I was wondering how I change this from the default timeout setting of 30sec to 60sec as there is no way of SSH’ing into the cloud portal.

If you haven’t already done so, please open a ticket with the Support team to modify the dataproxy configuration in the grafana.ini file.

Also, SSH access to the hosted Grafana server is not provided to Grafana Cloud customers. You can interact with your Grafana instance via the main user interface at your hosted Grafana URL or through the API:
