Images are not included in an alert to microsoft teams

I am using grafana 7.0.4 windows, influxDB and the plugin “Grafana Image Renderer”.
The test button will fired an alert with an image but a real alter havn’t an image.
What is wrong and how can i resolved this problem?

Have you ever configured the grafana.ini with the external_image_storage? See: https://grafana.com/docs/grafana/latest/alerting/notifications/#external-image-store
