I want to show the value of a global built-in variable in the title of the graph, for example $__interval, but when I paste $__interval into the title of the graph, the dashboard just treats it as a string and doesn’t show its value, how to solve this problem?

It’s not possible currently. There is a feature request open here: https://github.com/grafana/grafana/issues/8341.
You can follow this issue to get updates and you have a few workarounds in the issue thread.
