How to monitor cassandra metrics in grafana by using graphite

Hi,

A quick check on Official & community built dashboards there doesn’t exist any dashboards for Cassandra metrics stored in Graphite. However there are one for Prometheus which you may be able to take some inspiration from when building your own based on Graphite.

Google gives me a few examples of how to achieve the actual collection of metrics:
