I am very difficult to display graphs in Graphana graphs with MySQL data sources, can you help me display graph lines like graphs in phpMyAdmin.

First, connect your datasource. You can read about MySQL here.
Second, create a dashboard or select already available one.
Third, add a panel and set up your query/queries either by writing a SQL query or by using a query editor. Remember to group your data accordingly.
Fourth, select an appropriate visualization plugin. There - a graph, then select relevant draw mode and additional properties to customize your graph.
