How to get hostname in alert?

Hi there,

I’m “playing” with Grafana to establish it in our company. I use telegraf as data collector and influxdb as time-series-database. My Problem is that I don’t know how I can add the hostname to the alert message.

The hostname is mandatory if you have more than 30 systems that perform the same tasks (example: frontend webserver).

I hope this is not too much rocket science :wink:
