How to change the "No Data In Response" background message in panels?

I am using version 8.1.2 of Grafana and I’ve got several Time Series panels for alerts to monitor when our apps violate latency service levels. Each of these panels are running ElasticSearch queries. Most of the time, these queries will return no data because no violation has taken place. This means the panel will display “No data in response”.

This message is true, however, it also indicates that there is nothing wrong. But “No data…” looks like there’s a problem when there’s not.

I want this message to display “OK” instead of “No data in response”.

How do I override “No data in response” and show “OK” instead?
