How can I share a Starred Query in Grafana within an Org or say does it support?

I have some Starred Queries created by myself, I want to share them to all the users in the same org.
How can I do it? Or say does this feature supported in Grafana?
Is it by design that these Starred Queries are restricted to account level? It only can be seen by the one who created them.
