Grafana to Telegram / Teams with no Internet access

Hello,

I would like to send alerts to Telegram (or even Microsoft Teams), and I know how to create the notification channel, the alerts, etc.

But the fact is, that the machine where Grafana is running, does not have access to the internet, so my question is:

Is there any way to provide access to the Internet through other Machine only to send alerts to Telegram?
