Dashboards using Elasticsearch data sources (Flights, ecommerce, logs) in Grafana playground are not showing any data currently. Also when we try building a visualization using these data sources, no data shows up. Can someone please help with the fix for this?

looks like an auth issue. always check network tab of browser when you hit these kinds of issues
also why are you using these public data sources?

Using this public data source to provide a demo at work about Grafana+Elasticsearch.
i would recommend you just spin up an elastic search on prem and prop some data. not sure you want to use an external dependency for your demo and be stuck
or mock the data as json to do your POC
