Grafana OnCall metrics

We are a paid customer of Grafana Cloud. We would like to get some metrics about Grafana OnCall. Specifically number of alerts over time, number of acknowledged alerts over time, average time until an alert is acknowledged. We need those metrics in order to make management decisions about our support team. Is there a way to get those metrics?
