Grafana LDAP, add users to organization automatically using the LDAP groups

• What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
  10.2.2
  MacOs

• What are you trying to achieve?
  Based on the LDAP groups of a user add the user to organization automatically

• How are you trying to achieve it?
  The LDAP config is created, LDAP groups mappings to organizations are in place. Grafana finds user on LDAP server and reads the group to organization role assignment perfectly.

• What happened?
  The user is not added to the organization.

• What did you expect to happen?
  Once the user logs in, LDAP groups are check, the user is automatically added/removed from the organizations mentioned in the group mappings

Followed the LDAP documentation.

Is there any configuration setting I am missing?

This is the LDAP page when I request for the user.
I can see his groups mapped to org1 and org2

But when I open the user, I don’t see this user to be added to org1 and org2. main is the default organization.

How do you configured file ldap.toml?
