Grafana installed on Windows 2016 server - how to access its URL through "Https"

Hi, We have installed Grafana on windows 2016 server, i am able to access it’ URL through “http” . How to access it through “https” ? Is there any guide/documentation which explains how to generate SSL certificate on windows and configure it for Grafana to access on “https”.
