What are you trying to achieve?
I am trying to look at the trend over 30days of a prometheus metric -
How are you trying to achieve it?
I am using prometheus as a data source with a metric “qos_ops” to show the trend of 30days.

What happened?
From the previous image, there is a obvious increase of the value starting from 9/11
So I narrow the time range to 9/11 to 9/17, but there has no obvious increase, all the setting are the same, except time range.

What did you expect to happen?
I am expecting the trend of 30 days not seeing obvious increase.
How does Grafana pick the point of data when the time range is set to 30 days or above.
Is it possible to change the default point picking setting? -

There has no error in Grafana UI -
