Grafana cloud - SAML Authentication with Google Workspace

Hello All,

We are trying to setup SAML Authentication on Grafana Cloud from Google workspace, as per Grafana cloud documentation we did the setup and when trying to test the SAML from google workspace it redirects the users to Grafana cloud sign in page with 2 options 1. Sign in with Grafana cloud - SAML 2. sign in with Grafana.com

When we click Sign in with Grafana cloud - SAML > It redirects to Google workspace login and post login it throws an error and back to same login page

" Error: Login failed
Failed to determine the state of the SSO redirect "

Note: We tried mentioning Start URL (Relay state) in google SAML setup page and not mentioning also - still same error

Any help would be much appreciated!

Yes, we have got it resolved
We have updated the following user attributes in Google workspace SAML App settings to fix it,

Google directory attributes App attributes
Primary email > mail
Organization > *Org Name
First Name > displayName

i’ve the same problem with Relay state… Question, do you put the name of your grafana organization? And how do you configure that attribute in Grafana?
