Grafana alerting [No Data] if one of several conditions (with 'or' operator) return empty result

We got three conditions for alert

When query B return empty result grafana send [No Data] to our channel. At the same time, query C is not empty.

Is it possible to make the conditions independent or configure the alert that it send [No Data] only if all three conditions have an an empty query result?

I am not realy familiar with alerting in such old version but in Grafana 8 the NoData is “contagious”. Can you check if you have condition HAS NO DATA instead of IS ABOVE.
