Fork Grafana and License

Hi everyone, I’d like to fork Grafana and create a new project based on it. I read that the license has changed from Apache to AGPL since version 8. My question is: if I get Grafana 7.5 (the latest Apache-licensed version), can I fork it and create my new web app without any problems? Is that correct?

you know you don’t have to fork the whole platform to build your custom plugin, don’t you?

I don’t want to create a plugin, but a whole project, like grafana
