Hi,
i have installed Grafana 5.0.3 with great expectations for the new folder permissions ability.
I created an user with global editor permission.
I set folder permissions so that editors have only viewer permissions.
But I want these users to be able to “Save as” the dashboards that in this folder.
Is that somehow possible without exporting and importing?

No, that is not a change in Grafana, it was the same in version 4.6. Viewers (or users with the View permission for a dashboard) cannot “Save as”.
