Filtering rows in a table by several values, filtering columns

Hi,
I would like to know if there exists a table plugin that filter rows by several values (or substrings values). Also, I would like to apply the same concept by columns… “or” values… if I write a value for column 1 and another one for column 2 I would like to obatin rows with column1=value1 or column2=value2.
