Filtering out alert groups on incoming email integrations

I am using a Grafana Oncall Incoming Email integration to handle alerting for Third Party StatusPage incidents (in this case Twilio’s).
These incidents can be rather broadly organized, but we only handle very specific ones.
I am looking for if Oncall has any way to filter out specific received alerts before making them an Alert Group.
In my own investigating, I did not find good method.
