Failed to get dashboard by UID

Hello team!
We’ve been encountering an issue affecting multiple users intermittently:

When accessing a dashboard, users suddenly see an error and are unable to access any dashboard folders unless they clear their browser cache and reload the page.

In the logs, we observe the following:

[...] "error":"could not resolve folders:uid:bediue99l01dsf: [folder.notFound] folder not found","level":"error","logger":"context","msg":"Error from access control system" [...]

Is this a known bug? Is there anything we can do on our side to prevent users from having to clear their cache? (Most users are using Chrome)
