Different alert messages depending on the target state

Hello,

Is there a way to send different notification messages depending on the state of the target? For example:

If a target goes down and meets the alert criteria, the following message goes out:

[Alerting]: High packetloss to target1. Users impacted.

And if the target comes back online and meets the reset alert criteria, the following message goes out:

[OK]: Target1 is reachable again. Users back in business!

I do not see a way of doing that from the alert tab in Grafana. Is there a workaround? Any help would be highly appreciated.
