Customize Time Range Panel

Hi,
I want to clear some doubts regarding time range panel.

  1. Can we customize the time range panel by limiting to specific choices. As an example, user is allowed to adjust the time range panel only to last 1 hour/ last 2 hours/ last 2 days.

  1. Can we change the position of Time Range panel ?

  2. If no.2 cannot be done, can we add the selected time range as a label?

If anyone has any insight into this, it would be much appreciated.
