Criteria for adding plugin to the Grafana list

Hello Team,

I have created a panel plugin to visualize Elasticsearch data in Sankey (https://github.com/kumaravel29/grafana-sankey-panel)
Wanted to know the process or criteria to get it include in the Grafana Panel list.
