Context manager to share data between plugins and the core app

Is there a way in Grafana v10 to share data (possibly get and set) between custom plugins and between custom plugins and the core app?

i found this guide here:

But it’s not clear how i can access to the app store

And this issue in github:

But also in this case there is no documentation about this topic.
