I want a graph with bar chart on y-axis1( leftside) and a line chart on y-axis2(right side). Is it possible. X-axis contains the name of the state

Examples like the one shown below are very common, but I have never seen one with the x-axis containing the name of the state (only time).

You can define States as categories on Xaxis.
