I created an account a while ago on the grafana.com cloud, and I added a dashboard and it still works but shows no data anymore. Now I added some more metrics, added a new template dashboard, but when I want to view it, it gives me a basic auth browser popup. What did I do wrong?
I guess that basic auth popup is auth for used datasource. Make sure that datasource is configured properly.
What has changed in the past… month?
I don’t know. I don’t have access to your instance. I don’t know what and how did you configure. You didn’t provide reproducible example, so I just guessed. Your taks will be to prove my guess, because only you have an access to your Grafana instance.
