AWS CloudWatch Metrics alert rule - Alert on any error except from exclusion list

  • What Grafana version and what operating system are you using?
    Version 10

  • What are you trying to achieve?
    Using a single Grafana alert rule to capture errors > 0 for any function in my AWS account with an exception list.

    Thanks to some help on this forum I was able to create an easier list of explicit alarms using CSV, being able to have an ‘any error except from functions expected to produce errors’ would be fantastic. I’ve tried doing that in the query itself, the Math + CSV approach doesn’t seem to work exclusively for me so I thought I’d check here.

hello @titanian229 you can try this using grafana variable
and use this variable in your query then then set alert conditions.
