Grafana version: v6.5.2

Hello Guys,
I’m facing an issue, that the ‘auto_assign_org = true’ and 'auto_assign_org_id = ’ configuration don’t want to work. Initially, Grafana is installed with ‘auto_assign_org_id = 1’, and I created a new org with the local admin user, that got the Id 3 and I configured LDAP configuration, but when I change auto_assign_org_id to 3, the new users logging in through LDAP all still get the Organization Id 1 assigned to them. Do you have any suggestions where I could start to investigate?
