All dashboards deleted

Hello Everybody,
trying to delete the “General” Folder", Grafana deleted all the other folders with all the included dashboards with no way to recover them or “undo” the operation.

How is it possible? Is there any way to recover or undo the operation?

Grafana version and operating system: grafana OSS 8.1.1 + Ubuntu Server 18.04
