It would be great thing if we could customize webhook’s json. Mapping of different fields from alert and actual graph to json would make feature even more usable.
Also REST API notification channel with similar json mapping system should be considered to be added.
Mentioned features could help integrate alerting system to automated incident ticketing system and mapping would allow basic CI matching.
