Email send when firing but when resloved it not send email
Can you put two fields in to fault state and clear one of them, do you get the resolved with one item still in fault?

I get alert and resolved messages fine as long as there is one item still in fault.
If I understand the problem, the thing here is that (OnCall, at least) only use email backend as part of a personal notification policy, but it won’t update via email for each alert group status change (ie. email is only used as a firing notification for a user, not as a chatops notification which is in sync with the alert group state).
