View access to auto generated accounts to all organizations in grafana

Hi,
I have installed grafana 5.2.2 on my red hat linux machine. I am trying to configure grafana which can do the following.

  1. First time user’s account gets created automatically.
  2. The automatically created account should have View access to all the organizations created in grafana.
  3. Each organization is configured with a Admin team, which can administer that particular organization.

How can I achieve the above configuration?
