'Variables' in Email Alert Message Body


I am trying to create an email alert that contains an auto-incrementing number (i.e. ticket number) for use in a downstream system to identify the separate messages we get from Grafana when an alert is raised. Is this possible at all?



No. Variables are not supported in email alerts.
