Questions on organization

Hello,

I setup Grafana v4.2.0 (commit: 349f3eb) and disable allow_org_create in grafana.ini file which comments

# Allow non admin users to create organizations
;allow_org_create = true

I sign in as admin and find I can’t create organization at all, is it a bug?
Another question is how can I hide some dashboards to the specified Org.? Thanks!

The semicolon ; in front of allow_org_create = true means that the line is commented out. Try removing it and then restart the Grafana server.
