- Application engineer (supporting a deployed app)
- Platform Engineers
- Technical Support Engineers (On-call for support tickets)
- Observability engineer
If you’ve been on-call to support a deployed application, we invite you to complete this survey conducted by our OnCall UI Design team.
What to expect:
- 10 - 15 questions related to the terms for objects in OnCall
- Please use your imagination and think about which terms would be most intuitive.
- The survey will ask for your imaginative response first. On the next page, you will find some suggested terms and a rating scale to rate each term.
