I need to create a plugin for grafana and I would like to know if it is better to create it with React or angular
I ask the question so that it lasts as long as possible and remains compatible with grafana

Hello hellosct1 and welcome to the community! 
We are currently in the process of rewriting Grafana to React instead of Angular so writing plugins with React is strongly recommended.
